Customized sensor

 Looking for a specific probe to meet your requirements, but can't find it in our range?

We can adapt our standard probes specifically to your needs:
 
  •     Length and diameter of the probe
  •     Length and material of the connection cable
  •     Measuring range and accuracy of the probe
 
Moreover, we also develop and produce probes tailored to your individual specifications.

Note:

You will receive your customized probe in a minimum order quantity of one unit.
Express orders can be manufactured within 48 hours*. The standard delivery time is 15 working days. We will calibrate your probe on request.

Probe shaft

Possible lengths:​

  • Depending on the probe type, we can manufacture rigid probe shafts in lengths of up to 3 metres.
  • We can manufacture flexible sheath thermocouples in lengths of up to 30 metres.
Possible diameters:
 
  • Depending on the probe type, we can supply the probe shafts in diameters of up to 12 mm.
 

Connection cable

Possible lengths:

  • Depending on the probe type, we can implement cable lengths of up to 29 metres.
Possible materials:
 
  • Depending on the field of application, we replace the PVC connection cable with other materials.
 
Examples:
  1. FEP or PTFE, so that the cable insulation can be used in air containing oil and fuel.
  2. Glass fibre, so that the connection cable can be used in high ambient temperatures of up to +400 °C.
