Temperature and humidity
People's sense of well-being in a room, their comfort level, depends on a series of particular external influencing factors. These measurement parameters can be determined by comfort level measurement and influenced appropriately by air temperature, air humidity, air movement and thermal radiation. Assessing thermal comfort levels on the basis of air temperature and relative humidity parameters is important when planning, choosing and setting heating and ventilation systems. Recommendations for the relative air humidity in a room fall within a range of a minimum of 30 % up to a maximum value of 65 % relative humidity, with the sultriness limit being undershot or overshot outside this range.
