Differential pressure
As the name implies, differential pressure measures the difference between two pressures. Instruments calculate differential pressure by measuring the disparity between two separate physical spaces.
For example, when pressure drops on one side of a vent relative to another, the device will recognise this discrepancy.Specifically, differential pressure measurement instruments enable HVAC technicians to deduce the pressure inequality at intake and outflow vents.
With this insight, professionals can determine whether there's something wrong with the system. Testo's digital pressure instruments possess excellent dynamic performance and low material stress. These features give the device physical stability. Furthermore, our devices have an accuracy of 0.05 per cent. The instrument you choose depends on the demands of your job.
Did you know: The testo 511 absolute pressure meter is ideal for calculating absolute pressure at ducts with assistance from pitot tubes. It serves as an ideal device when measuring density compensation in flow measurement in ducts, laboratories and production processes.
