A comprehensive range of accessories are available for the testo 191 HACCP data logger. These enable you to position and attach the loggers optimally for validation and qualification of sterilization, pasteurization and freeze-drying processes.
Both the data loggers and the accessories have been designed in such a way to enable you to save time at work and carry out reproducible measurement procedures. The materials used are food-compliant in accordance with EC 1935/2004 and Directive 2002/72EC.
Freeze-drying probe holder
