Whilst working for the marketing department at Testo, I have been able to get my hands on experience in near enough every form of marketing. Upon completion of my apprenticeship I carried on and achieved a Level 3 diploma in customer service, which has helped me both in and outside of work. About 2 years later, I was given the opportunity to move to the service department, which I have done, and I have enjoyed to this date. All training given was to a great standard.
