All orders over £100 (+VAT) on this website, will be granted free delivery.

Orders under £100 will be charged £10 standard shipping

Standard shipping: 3 - 5 working days

The majority of the products featured on this website are in stock at our office in Alton, Hampshire. However goods that are not in stock in the UK and require ordering from  Testo SE & Co. KGaA, Germany, will take 10-12 days from placement of the order to arrive. You will be notified of this upon completion of your order.

Payment Methods

  • Credit Card

    We support all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or American Express.
    When paying by credit card, after entering your credit card details, you will be redirected to our payment service provider to securely authenticate yourself with the 3D Secure procedure. After successful authentication, the authorized amount will be reserved on your account and you will be redirected to our store to complete your order process. Only after you have successfully placed your order, the authorized amount will be charged to your credit card.
    If the order process is not completed or cancelled, the reservation of the authorized amount will remain for a certain period of time depending on the conditions of your bank and will be cancelled after that.
    If the card transaction is declined, the order cannot be completed. For questions about this, please contact your bank or card issuer.

     
  • Paypal

    When paying by Paypal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Here you can log in to authorize the payment with your user account or register. Within this authorization process, the amount will be reserved on your PayPal account and you will return to our store to complete the ordering process. After you have successfully completed the order, the amount will be charged to your PayPal account.
    If the order process is not completed or cancelled, the reservation of the money will remain for 29 days and we will then be automatically dissolved.

    Paypal offers the ability to process your order without having an account. This is for people who don’t wish to set up an account; yet, they wish to process their order via a safe platform.
     
    If you follow the steps below you can finalise your order via Paypal, without having to create an account:
     

1. Add your products on https://www.testo.com/en-UK/company/webshop to the basket, and progress to the checkout area,  where you are directed to Paypal.
2. You will see 2 choices – “Pay with my PayPal account” and “Pay with a debit or credit card”
3. Select “Pay with a debit or credit card”
4. Here you can enter your credit card details and process your order without a paypal account.

1)  Returns Policy

a)  General returns conditions


i)  The following conditions apply to and are deemed to be incorporated in all orders, contracts, quotations and tenders for the supply and sale of goods by the Company. These conditions supersede any terms and conditions contained in any Customer’s order unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company.

ii)  This policy only applies to goods purchased direct from The Company and where goods are purchased indirectly then please contact the original supplier.

iii)  No goods shall be accepted back by The Company unless a “Returns note” has been completed. “Returns notes” are completed by Testo Limited and a “Returns note number” shall be provided which must be clearly indicated on the Customers/Distributors paperwork accompanying the goods
 
b)  Returning Unwanted Product

i)     You have the right to cancel your order within a period of 7 working days. The period of 7 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, for example, items made to order and/or calibration services ordered with or without product. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within the period of 7 working days.

ii)  All products must be returned within 14 days of the original notification else The Company reserves the right to reject the return.

iii)  All goods returned to us must be in their original packaging and must be unused and in a saleable condition with a copy of your delivery note else the Company reserves the right to reject the return. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be applied for reprocessing.

iv)  For orders cancelled where notification has occurred after the 7 day period the Company reserves the right to charge the Customer for all costs incurred and a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price shall apply.

v)  The Company reserves the right to charge the Customer for all costs incurred on cancelled orders.

vi)  All quotations given and sales made are upon the condition that although goods supplied are of sound commercial quality, the Company can accept no liability as to their suitability for any purpose other than that specified in writing or prior to the time of sale
 
2)  Test & Inspection

All returned products will be subjected to an inspection and/or test(s) to establish the condition of the goods before a refund, repair or replacement can be offered. We commit to providing a formal response within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods.
 
3)  Warranty

The Company undertakes under warranty at its option to either replace or repair any goods sold or supplied in the following circumstances only:

a)  Where the goods do not correspond to any written identifying description applied to them.

b)  Where the goods prove to be defective and not fit for their ordinary purposes within the documented warranty period as detailed in the product manual.

c)  The term “Defective” means failure due to a manufacturing fault or design error and does NOT mean any accidental damage or general wear of the instrument in normal use. Test and Inspection of the goods shall take place as described below.

d)  Warranty conditions and warranty periods are defined in the documentation supplied with your product. Under warranty conditions The Company will not issue a full refund unless in exceptional circumstances.

 
e)  Distributor Warranty Conditions

i)   Product that is sold through distributors will be subject to an additional 3 months warranty in addition to that which is described in the product documentation. (Warranty plus 3 months) This additional 3 months is to allow for delivery to, storage by and sale of the product by the reseller.

 
4)  Examination Of Goods


Goods must be examined forthwith on delivery. The Company shall replace any goods damaged or lost in transit to the place of delivery provided such damage or loss is reported to the Company within 7 working days of such delivery, No other liability shall be accepted by the Company in respect of any such damage or loss, Any rejection of the goods on any other grounds must be communicated to the Company within 7 working days.
